Listing something

Add clear photos, an honest description, price and real availability. A draft can be saved unfinished, but publishing needs the required details, identity check and a way to receive earnings.

Cancellation and refunds

Available actions depend on the booking stage. If an eligible paid booking is cancelled, the refund is started and tracked. Bank arrival can take a little time because bank clocks occasionally move slower than the cat.

Opening a dispute

Open Disputes from your dashboard, choose the booking when relevant and tell the full story. You can attach photos or PDFs. The reviewer receives the people, order, payment, refund and recorded timing together.

How manual review works

We compare both sides with the recorded event trail. An open dispute can hold an eligible vendor transfer. The decision and reason remain recorded, while any approved refund runs through its separate protected process.
